Move that the Lincoln Town Council direct the Town Manager to update and utilize the
existing Town Council Agenda Request form to include a written Fiscal Impact and Tax
Impact disclosure for any Town Council motion that requests or authorizes an
expenditure or financial obligation of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more. This
requirement shall apply only to Town Council agenda motions requesting approval
of expenditures.
