Council chamber be open on Wednesday (or any day more convenient to the majority of
the council) the week after the regular council meeting from 6 to 8 pm for the purpose of
informally inviting Lincoln voters and taxpayers to chat with one or all seven council
members as they may choose to participate in a properly advertised public meeting.
